Actionable Steps:

If you’re feeling uninspired at work, ask yourself the following questions:
– Are you bored?
– Does your job energize you?
– Are you feeling passion towards what you’re doing?
If the answers to those questions are no, you are very likely unhappy with your job.
In that case, do this:
1. Grab a piece of paper and make two colums. On one side, write down everything you really like about your job. On the other side, write down all the things you don’t like about it.
2. Review both columns and figure out what of those things you can control, and what you can’t control.
3. Circle all the things you can control and figure out if changing them will make you happy at your job.
